Where do I want to live?

That is the first question most people ask when coming to a new area.  

St. Petersburg is truly enhanced by water.  There is an incredible variety of things here to do.  We are a peninsula city surrounded by water.   St. Petersburg can be considered ideal by virtue of many things, including it's natural beauty and it's wealth of sports and cultural opportunities.  But the most ideal of all -- from a prospective home buyers point of view--St. Petersburg is affordable. 

The mainland of St. Petersburg includes many different subdivisions, municipalities, and surrounding cities with wonderful housing opportunities.  Nearby are Pass-a-grill, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Indian Shores,  Tierra Verde, Isla del Sol, Largo, Seminole, Clearwater, and Gulfport.  No wonder it's hard to decide where to live!
