At Century 21 Coast to Coast we have an extensive rental department.  Our rental department has been in place since 1985.  You can enjoy the benefit of my experience in  handeling your rental properties.   Along with my other rental colleagues we work together in securing the right tenant for your property.

In order to best serve you, I will inspect the property for any needed maintenance, make recommendations when needed as well as discuss pricing, commissions, and term expectations with you.   Pictures will be taken of your property.  Your annual rentals will be placed in the MLS system in order to gain the maximum exposure of the property and to find the best tenant possible.  Seasonal or short term rentals are featured on my web site, where many prospective tenants are matched up with the right vacation retreat!

Our annual  tenants are required to fill out a tenant application sheet which is then used to run a complete credit and criminal background check in order to best analyze which tenant would best fit into our rental program.
