Policies
DEPOSITS: For condo's there is a $300 reservation/security deposit required. Also there is a condo association approval fee upon signing and reserving any condo. A $500 reservation/security deposit for most single family homes. Deposits may vary from property to property. Generally deposits are refunded within 30 days after your departure minus a cleaning fee.
CLEANING CHARGE: A cleaning fee will be deducted fro your Security Deposit upon your departure. Fee's vary and will depend on what amount of cleaning is needed per unit.
BALANCE DUE: The balance of your rental rate will be due 30-60 days prior to your arrival date. Personal checks are accepted. All payments must be in US funds.
CHECK IN: Normal check in time is after 2:00 pm. Earlier check in may be available only if unit is ready. Pick up your keys at C21 Coast to Coast office located at 150 Pinellas Bayway, Tierra Verde, FL 33715 during business hours between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday and Sunday between 11:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. To insure smooth check in it's best to advise us of your tentative arrival time. If you will be arriving after business hours be sure to talk to us about after hour check in procedure.
CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10:00 A.M.
PETS: Pet's are only allowed in certain associations. No pets are allowed unless specifically indicated in your lease.
REFUND POLICY: Should cancellation be sixty-one (61) days or more prior to check in, tenant will be entitled to a full refund. Should cancellation be within sixty (60) days prior to scheduled arrival date and we are able to re-rent the unit for your time period refund will be made. If unit is not re-rented, there will be no refund of monies if cancelation is within 60 days of arrival date.
